 The Wine Rack to have!Mar 14, 2007

Good instructions, solid materials and good looks make this a must have. Having storage for 12 (!!) bottles and the space for the ice bucket is an added plus. Everything fits very well together and one person can assemble this rack in less than an hour.

I shop on line often and never right reviews until now. This rack not only is beautiful, it's sturdy and easy to put together. Well worth the great price. You will not go wrong with this purchase!

Gave this as a Christmas gift to my wife. I removed the cheesy cherry wood pressed board top and replaced it with solid oak. I didn't make provisions for the cheap plastic ice bucket. This to me is a waste of space; I purchased a stainless bucket to place on the top. I purchased some nice wine glasses,wine, and a few gadgets. Having done all of this my wife was very impressed and loved the rack. It fit nicely in our dining room. It holds both the large and small bottles of wine, and the twelve wine glasses. It's fairly well built but has a cheap top with plastic ice bucket. If the bucket breaks your left with a big hole in the top. If you don't replace the top I would rate 2 stars, with the new top 4 stars.

The product arrived with their cheap, plastic ice bucket damaged.
I reported to the company, who then wanted fax photos of the damage. Since I am incapable of that function, they demanded that I ship them the cheap, plastic bucket back to them for inspection. Granted, they finally reimbursed me for the shipping costs of the bucket to them and sent me a replacement bucket, the aggravation they put me through was ridiculous. They should have sent me a replacement cheap plastic ice bucket on my word.
Did they think I was trying to rip them off for $1.50???
