I spend hours and hours at my desk everyday. This chair is where it's at. Seriously. I have back problems and difficulties finding chairs that don't kill me. This one is AMAZING!! The lumbar support is wonderful. I removed the headrest, but some might like it I guess. At any rate, it's really easy to remove. I also bought a mobo keyboard and mouse tray (also from Amazon) and it's pretty great with the chair... I can sit up straight (no leaning to type) and work for hours with NO pain or soreness.
