Great Chair For The PriceJan 20, 2010
By D. Damron Installation was on a simple piece of paper, nothing much was needed. It was reasonably simple and straightforward. The headrest is clamped and tightened with screws, however you'll need a small star bit on a screwdriver to tighten those as the chair didn't come with anything other than the allen wrench for bolts.
Adjustable headrest, adjustable height, adjustable arm rests. Lumbar support with a comfy foam seat. I'm 6'2" with absolutely no trouble fitting easy in this chair.
Shipping took 4 days, including the weekend, and all the parts were provided in great condition. Would recommend.

Good while it lastedJul 16, 2011
By Christopher Luebcke I didn't have any problems with the headrest, as another reviewer had. But, after about 16 months of usage, the chair simply ripped off the stem that connects it to the base. Yesterday I leaned back, and then just kept leaning. Now, I'm not skinny, but I'm no behemoth, and I've had other chairs that I've treated identically last a lot longer. So, while I enjoyed it while I had it, I have to recommend that you don't buy this product.
Low down and dirtySep 14, 2011
By Sterling After about 3 months the chair has fallen and can't get up. The lever that's suppose to adjust the chair up and down has died. The chair stays low and that's just dirty. I want my money back.

SMC w/ HeadrestMay 27, 2010
By R. Wolf This chair's headrest snapped irreparably less then a month after purchase. Moreover, the headrest itself is, in my opinion, a rip-off and a scam, attached to the regular chair with screws. Caveat emptor.
Update: A new headrest was mailed to me, free of charge and without my requesting it. Needless to say, I did not attach it to the chair. Buy the regular chair. The best way to utilize the headrest is to keep it in the box.
