When I orderd the chairs I ordered the wrong arm chairs and was sent the wrong chairs, I emailed the problem and with in days the order was picked up and the right chairs were sent, it was the best customer service I have had on line more than what I expected. The chairs are beautiful match my dinning table just as good as the chairs that came with the table and china cabinet I bought 15 years ago. One of the legs on the chair was cracked and again I emailed and got a replacement so fast it was unbeilavble. Will order again first time I did this kind of scared to do on something so important to me but it all turned out great.
