At first, I was a bit worried from reading reviews about bad experiences on furniture shipment, but I decided to give it a try. I ordered 6 chairs, and they arrived well packaged within 23 days. There was no confirmation or shipping info for 10 days, and they shipped immediately after I contacted the merchant. I received the "rich cappuccino" finish instead of "cappuccino" as it says here. So it's a nice dark (almost black, but not quite) finish, which I like, but it doesn't match with our cherry dining table. But for such a great price and after waiting for the chairs to arrive for so long, I didn't want to go through the hassle of asking for the correct item or wait again on delivery.
I really like the shape of these chairs; they look contemporary...just my style. The cushions are actually textured (light cream) and much nicer than shown on the picture here. Assembly was not too hard; all the pieces fit nicely. Made in Malaysia. Overall, a great buy.

I ordered 4 of these. First of all, they're very very dark, pretty much black unless direct sunlight is hitting them. My dining room table is more of a dark cherry, so they don't match but oh well. They took quite some time to assemble, and 2 of them cracked on the sides when we were tightening the bolts. You can still sit on them and everything (although if someone very overweight was sitting on one I might be worried), but obviously they're not the sturdiest chairs. They were so inexpensive that's to be expected I supposed.
