Pretty good, especially for the priceMay 28, 2011

After searching online as well as on Ebay, I slapped myself for not thinking of Amazon. I found this chair, the exact one I saw on Ebay, for a good $80 cheaper. I figured for this price, it was worth it to give it a try. Shipping was quick and it was packed sturdy. Definitely a bit heavy in the box but that is ok. Assembly was pretty easy. I think I had to look twice at 2 different areas to make sure i had it right, but it definitely doesn't take a rocket scientist, so don't worry about any negative reviews talking about this. I have been using it for 2 or 3 weeks, and it is really good. I agree, definitely does NOT need the backing. I prefer the chair to be a bit higher, so when you raise the chair anywhere above the flattest setting, the back becomes pointless because it doesn't move. Love the handles on the sides. Padding could be a bit more resilient though, after 2 weeks, my knees are flattening it out. I will just throw some extra cushioning on it, no big deal.

Sturdy, but back support is uselessMar 31, 2011

This is the second kneeling chair I have bought after my back surgery. It took at least six weeks to get used to sitting upright, but I am glad I stuck it out. Now, slouching in a normal chair feels very uncomfortable. This particular chair is sturdy (I am 240lb), but the back is useless. Unless you are very short, the back support will cause you to hunch over, ruining the very reason for buying a kneeling chair. I just removed the back support, and the chair works just fine.
ergonomic chair?Aug 10, 2011
By badback I can not fault the seller, who delivered the chair promptly. The chair can not be adjusted, beyond the seat height. The higher the seat, the less room for your legs. It is poorly designed and I can not get comfortable with it. There are 6 of us in our office, all of varying heights and the chair does not suit anyone. I would not recommend it.

Ergo chair? I think not!Nov 02, 2011
By Tanja Milton I have owned two wooden ergo chairs that were exceptionally comfy that I used during late pregnancy when no other chair would suffice. I cannot sit in this one very long before my lower legs are in pain, it needs a thicker cushion, I am very disappointed, to me the chair is over priced. My little one's seem to enjoy it as it looks different to them. I'm off to find another chair, pregnant again and I NEED a comfortable chair to sit in as I work out of my home office. Peace ; ' )
