We were very pleasantly surprised at the quality and workmanship of this product. We shopped on line to find reasonably priced, quality furniture for our vacation rental home. This set is exactly what we were looking for.

The pros: The table and bench were really easy to set up and only took about 10 minutes each to put together. The chairs were a bit more hard. I had trouble fitting the legs onto the bottom of the chairs. So it was a bit of a pain to make sure that the legs were balanced. Overall, an easy process. I would recommend getting help to put the chairs together however. The bench, table, and chairs are made of good quality wood. There wasn't any damage to any of them due to shipping or anything else.
The cons: My order was supposed to arrive March 16- March 21. I contacted the seller on the 22nd since I had not received anything yet. They were polite and courteous but had informed me that they had no idea where my shipment was at so it was "lost." As a result, they sent me another shipment. I received the table and chairs a week later. The bench didn't arrive and I contacted them again. I was informed that the bench is sold separately. I didn't get the bench until 4 or so days later. I received the wrong bench. It has the white legs and white bottom. Once again, I got a hold of them. I had to send the bench back and waited a week until I had finally received the bench which completed my order.
Basically, it took me 3 weeks to fulfill my order after the initial delivery date. At least customer service was polite. I'm sure I just had bad luck but obviously it still bothered me. I would order from them again hoping that something like this doesn't repeat itself. The table, chairs, and bench are good for the price.
